Just a quick word with regard to contacting us here at Spiral Hosting, as in June 2017 some of our phone numbers have changed.
Should you require technical assistance or support, your first point of contact should always be submitting a ‘support-ticket’ to our system. This ticket will be sent directly to one of our technicians, who will typically respond within a few hours. Many tickets are answered in less than 20 minutes, depending on our workload.
You can submit a support ticket via your client area or by e-mailing our support@ address.
We also offer a Live Chat service on our website, normally displayed in the bottom right of each web page if we are available.
New Sales & Phone Numbers
Phone support is available for new sales & billing enquiries, and to discuss existing support tickets or basic set up questions. You must have an existing ticket number to reference when you call the support team so we can ensure we give you the best support! Our phone support team are unable to open support requests for you, all support requests must be submitted via support ticket or email.

Billing & Making Payments
Please note all credit card payments are made via the Spiral Hosting client area. We are an Internet business and do not have a physical credit card terminal in our office. The Spiral Hosting client area accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal in all 5 currencies. You can also pay by bank transfer if paying in Euro, Pounds or Aus Dollar, and American Express if paying in Pounds. If you have forgotten the login details for your client area please request a new password.
