Live chat support application upgraded

We have updated the live chat application on our website to make it easier to speak with us. There is a link to our Live Chat at the top of every page. It’s perfect if you have questions about our products or need our technical support team to answer questions.

We are also expanding the hours Live Chat is available, and we continue to offer support by email and phone, including our ‘Let Us Call You’ service.

Customer Support Centre relaunched

Hosting solutions provider SpiralHosting.com today announced it has re-launched its Customer Support Centre as part of the company’s on-going re-development.

The new customer support centre aims to deal with technical, billing and sales enquiries better and faster.

For technical problems, Spiral Hosting provides flash video demonstrates to help guide customers through the most popular aspects of web hosting. The helpdesk also contains troubleshooting tips for customers to solve their problems quicker, and customers can also view how many support tickets are open at present from all customers, allowing them to know how busy the support department is.

Company spokesperson, Peter Armstrong explained:
