Christmas & New Year’s Opening Hours
Our customer/technical support will be available every day throughout the Christmas holidays 24/7 as normal via our support ticket system.
Our phone support will close at 2pm on Wednesday 21st December (for our staff Christmas party!). It will remain closed on Thursday 22nd, Friday 23rd, Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th. It will open again on Wednesday 28th, Thursday 29th and Friday 30th. It will close on Monday 2nd January for New Year’s holiday. It will be operating as normal on all other dates.
If you are a dedicated server or colocation customer you can still avail of our 24/7 server reboots and emergency phone support by calling the out-of-hours mobile numbers. These can be found on your last server invoice.
The IE Domain Registry will close on 23rd December and re-open on 3rd January. We will continue to accept new orders for .ie domains over Christmas but they will not be processed by the registry during the holidays.
